What is Fincanto?
Fincanto keeps the receipts, bills and invoices you need at tax time, such as HSA expenses and rental property costs. It reads each document, fills in the vendor, date and amount, and files it in a report you can export.
How much does it cost?
Fincanto is free for up to 100 documents per account. Deleting a document makes room for another. If you need more room, contact us.
How do I add documents?
Upload PDFs or photos, up to 10 MB each. On your phone, you can take a photo of a receipt straight from the upload button.
What is a report?
A report groups documents for one purpose, such as "Family HSA" or "Lake house". Each report shows this year's total and which documents still need a look. A document can also be in no report.
Can I get my documents out?
Yes. Download the original files, or export a CSV of any list of documents, filtered by report, date, amount or tag.
Who can see my documents?
Only you. Documents live in your own workspace, every request is checked against your account's permissions, and files are never public.
